Stand Options and Fees 2025

Bookings to exhibit at the HSC and Careers Expo in 2025 will open on 1 August 2024.

• To take advantage of the Early Bird discount and the additional Two Event discount, payment is required by Tuesday 1 October 2024. EXPIRED
  
• If you would like to book to exhibit at both this event and our other New South Wales event, the Western Sydney Careers Expo 2025, choose the additional 10% off the Early Bird rate option. Bookings must be made at the same time, (separate booking forms are required) and paid for by Tuesday 1 October 2024 to receive the Two Event discount. No further discounts apply. EXPIRED
  
• Full Fee is applicable after Tuesday 1 October 2024 and is payable by the due date on the invoice.
• Bookings to exhibit made within 8 weeks of the event are payable by the due date on the invoice.
• Note the floorplan is over two levels of the Winx Stand.
• Bookings to exhibit close on Thursday 8 May 2025 unless sold out prior.
